- We hereby grant you a non-exclusive right to use this software in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
- You may install and use this software on the hard drive or other storage device of your computer.
(Article 4: Prohibited Actions)
- You may not reproduce all or part of this software.
- You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble this software.
- You may not sublicense, sell, lend, or lease this software to third parties.
(Article 5: Disclaimer)
- We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the operation, merchantability, suitability for specific purposes, or any other aspect of this software.
- We shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages incurred by you or third parties in connection with the use of this software. You agree to indemnify us from any claims made by third parties relating to the use of this software.
(Article 6: Termination of Agreement)
- You may terminate this agreement by deleting all copies of this software from your computer’s hard drive or other storage devices and memory.
- We may terminate this agreement immediately without notice or warning if you violate any of the provisions of this agreement.
(Article 7: Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
Any and all disputes related to this agreement (including judicial mediation procedures) shall be exclusively governed by the Chiba District Court.
